The Sri Sathya Sai Drinking Water Project is the largest social benefit project undertaken anywhere in the world by a private charitable organization. WHAT'S UNIQUE ABOUT SATHYA SAI WATER PROJECT? This video was produced by Gene Massey and Nirmala Film Services for the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. True Christianity means selflessly serving others and this ten-minute film is the story of his wondrous miracle that solved this long-felt need. The people of these impoverished villages had for many years been without drinkable water until 1995, when the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust began construction on this massive undertaking. One of Sathya Sai Baba's greatest service projects has been his amazing on-going project to supply fresh drinking water to over 700 remote villages in rural India.
